Catch me if you can...in the rain!

Q: Flyer

PAX: Keys, Admiral, Jet Set

When: Monday, Dec. 23, 2019

Where: Oakridge Elementary track (aka The Mist)

It was 100% chance of rain but 3 PAX met me at The Mist for a 100% chance of a good workout! I decided to try a new Q “catch me if you can” track style.

The Thang:

Partner up and run in opposite directions. When you meet up, perform 10 of 2-3 exercises. Run in opposite directions again and when you meet up do 9. Keep going counting down to 1 and then count back up again!

today we did rounds of the following 2 exercises:

  1. Side lunges (double count)

  2. jump squats

this is a great workout for all running and fitness levels! If runners want more running, pair up with a walker. Either way it’s a win win because it’s only you against you and ultimately you’ll meet up with your partner when you get there!

Moleskin:

the rain was not ideal but we did it! It felt so good to be back out and I’m so glad these ladies joined me! 3+ miles before the sun comes up in the pouring rain like a badass! Great job ladies thanks for being awesome!
