A fine mist in the air, but a nice 60° so no complaints here! Nice break from cold winter workouts!

The Thang:

We started with a quick warmup and then moved into a 4 circuit, 20 minute Tabata workout.

Circuit 1

  • High knees (x2)

  • Mountain Climbers (x2)

  • Push-ups (x2)

  • Speed Skaters (x2)

  • 1 min rest (Al Gores)

Circuit 2

  • Jumping Jacks (x2)

  • Squats (x2)

  • Lunges (x2)

  • Burpees (x2)

  • 1 min rest

Circuit 3

  • Push-ups (x2)

  • V-ups (x2)

  • Curtsy Lunges (x2)

  • Butt Kickers (x2)

  • 1 min rest (Plank)

Circuit 4

  • Bridges (x2)

  • Tricep Dips (x2)

  • Plank Jacks (x2)

  • Inch Worms (x2)

  • 1 min rest (Moroccan Night Clubs)

We ended the workout with my exercise dice and took turns rolling. It was a lot of push-ups! 😭

We ended in prayer led by Sweetheart and prayed specifically for Soul Surfer’s husband who has the flu. (But mostly for her! 😉)
