A fine mist in the air, but a nice 60° so no complaints here! Nice break from cold winter workouts!
The Thang:
We started with a quick warmup and then moved into a 4 circuit, 20 minute Tabata workout.

We ended the workout with my exercise dice and took turns rolling. It was a lot of push-ups! 😭
We ended in prayer led by Sweetheart and prayed specifically for Soul Surfer’s husband who has the flu. (But mostly for her! 😉)
