We switched ot up and ran around to the side of our normal location. Might have confused a late FIA sister 😂

The Thang:

During a recent workout I mentioned my F3 husband owning the F3 fitness deck. After being told we probably couldn't do it, which doesn’t sit well with me, I now had my workout.

Here was the plan:

We ran to the side of our location and each began to flip a card and do the exercises. We slayed that deck along with much groaning and laughter. Also several comments on how much F3 lovers merkins (push ups).

Not only does the “Oh yes we can” pertain to slaying that deck it also confirms how amazing these women are. To get up at 5:00 in the morning to work on their bodies, minds, and souls. They do it for themselves and they do it for each other. We prayed for Peaches strength and named our new friend Godiva. Read a passage from Jocko Willink and started our day ready to thrive.
