Warmup:
Split in half into Team Thunder and Team Fly. One team did a stretch hold while the other did the exercises, then switched:
10 jumping Jacks
9 barn doors (each side)
6 lunge with leg lift
10 raggity Anns
The Thang
1 min each exercise; 15 min rest
:30 rest in between sets
Repeat each block x 3
Block 1
· Push ups
· Skull crusher
· Standing shoulder press
Block 2
· Alternating dumbbell rows
· Front shoulder raise
· Bicep curl
Block 3
· Lateral lunge with dumbells
· Goblet squat
· Jump lunges
Block 4
· Reverse crunch (or American pie sit ups for this week’s ab challenge)
· Plank
