Warm-up: Motivator

The Thang: See printouts below~ choose either the 12 reps route or 25. After round, run lap around parking lot and then start cycle again. (for 50min total). Finished up with a Thor (1:4 ration up to 10:40) with Burpees and jump squats~ done together as group (#stronger together).
