The Thang
5 minute cardio block (1 min each):
butt kickers
high knees
jumping jacks
sprinters
star jumps (mod-jumping jacks)
4 minute core/lower block:
alternating step back lunges
mountain climbers
jump lunges (mod-step back lunges)
twisting mountain climbers
3 minute upper block:
push ups
tricep dips
carolina drydocks
2 minute lower:
squats
jump squats (mod-squats)
1 minute active recovery: plank
repeat 2 more times for a heart pumping 45-minute workout!
