Decided to kick it up a notch with an old favorite of mine which you can read more about its history in the original LKW Backblast here.

let’s get down to business.

The Thang

5 minute cardio block (1 min each):

  • butt kickers

  • high knees

  • jumping jacks

  • sprinters

  • star jumps (mod-jumping jacks)

4 minute core/lower block:

  • alternating step back lunges

  • mountain climbers

  • jump lunges (mod-step back lunges)

  • twisting mountain climbers

3 minute upper block:

  • push ups

  • tricep dips

  • carolina drydocks

2 minute lower:

  • squats

  • jump squats (mod-squats)

1 minute active recovery: plank

repeat 2 more times for a heart pumping 45-minute workout!
