Where: “The Wave”~ Oakridge Middle School (OMS)

Warm-up: 25 Jumping Jacks, 20 Cross Body Toe Touches, 10 Leg Swings (L/R; F/B), 20 Hip Rotations, 10 Inch Worms, 20 Arm Circles (F/B)

The Thang: .

Started out with a little Upper Body Burn 

  • 30 Shoulder Presses; 30 Rear Arm Raises, 30 Lateral Raise to Front Raise, 15 Pushups, 30 sec Isometric Push/Pull ~ overhead and below chest…..rest, rinse and repeat!

before heading right into an Ab/Back Burn:

  • 25 Superwoman w/ Shoulder Press, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Knee to Elbow Crunches, 25 Ankle Biters, 20 Reverse Crunches, 20 Russian Twists, 25 LBCs and 25 Hillbillies….rest, rinse and repeat!

And if you thought that was fun, we then moseyed over to the football field for some split team suicide and 4 corner fun. 

  • 4 corners: Sprint to 1st, Walking Lunges to 2nd, Shuffle to 3rd and Sumo Walk to 4th.

  • Suicide: Run standard suicides then on 2nd go around~ sprint to line, do designated exercise (Line 1= 20 Skaters, Line 2= 25 BBall Jump Squats, Line 3= 20 ea side Single Leg Deadlift, Line 4= 30 Plie Squat Pulses
