Warm Up: (In Cadence)Jumping Jack's, Windmills, High Knees. Arm Circles, Barn Doors and Lunge Stretches.

The Thang: A run around the middle school. A team Challenge. More running. 50/40/30/20. More running. Finish with Abs.

• The Pax ran around the entire middle school.

• We counted off into 2 teams and began team challenge. 1st team to out gets to do 5 burpee, last team standing gets to do 5 push ups.

• Plank hold

•Squat Hold

• 6 inch leg lift

Both teams did amazing with some of the PAX holding strong for each. Plank was held for 4 minute and 48 seconds by at least 4 of the PAX.

• Ran a lap around the parking lot.

• Circled up together we began 2 sets of 50/40/30/20

• set 1

50 Squat pumps, 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Rosalitas, 20 Shoulder Taps

• Run a lap around parking lot.

• set 2

• 50 Lunges, 40 Jump kicks (rockettes) 30 Squat step outs, 20 push ups.

• Run a lap around parking lot.

• Abs 25 LBCs, 25 Bicycles, 25 Imperial Walkers, 25 Frog crunches, 25 Leg Raises.

• Stretching and cool down.

We finished with an inspirational quote from Jocko Willink.
