  • 30 jumping Jacks IC

  • 20 butt kickers IC

  • 10 toy soldiers IC

  • 10 cherry pickers IC

The Thang

Ripping a page from backblasts and workouts of yesteryear (8.7.19 to be exact) we did Goonies’ “Perfect 10” workout today! 10 of each exercise with a lap at the end and then start over for a goal of 10x. The lap was a choose your own distance today so Advent runners could get in the mileage they needed! Time flew by with this workout and in an hour we had a full body workout + needed miles completed!
