It was a gorgeous fall Saturday morning in Lake Wylie that quickly warmed up for the 23 PAX who made it out to workout together. I was inspired by a recent Q by my husband (F3 Wild Thing) which was from a recent leadership conference by Echelon Front. If you want leadership and training inspiration and tools definitely follow Echelon Front and Jocko Willick! This is the workout they did at 4:30 am (bc that’s when Jocko works out every single day) at the conference, Muster 011.

Warm-up: (warm up was my own and yes I make it up as I go along every time so subject to misrepresentation but close enough.

  • 30 jumping Jacks IC

  • 20 crockpot squats IC

  • 10 or so cherry pickers

The Thang:

  • 2 rounds of the below with a lap around the school in between each round

  • halfway through the lap stop and perform 10 of “the worst merkin ever” which is a 3-set push up: diamond push up, close in tricep push up, wide arm push up) 30 push ups total

we ended with a few rounds of Thanksgiving themed Taboo where the guessing team held a squat and the other team jogged in place.

2 minutes of work followed by 30 seconds of jumping Jacks and 30 seconds of rest.
